The Lady Colts development pathway is designed to give girls opportunities at every stage of their flag football journey. Athletes can enter the program at different levels and progress as their skills, goals, and commitment grow.

REC | THE FARM LEAGUE
Where many athletes first discover the game. Recreational league play provides an introduction to flag football, competition, teamwork, and foundational skills.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
Skill-focused training for athletes who want to improve without the commitment of a team roster. Players build fundamentals, football IQ, position-specific skills, and confidence while training within the Lady Colts development system.
FILLIES | OUR YOUNGEST COLTS
An age-appropriate introduction to competitive flag football created specifically for our youngest athletes. Fillies focuses on fundamentals, confidence, teamwork, game understanding, and developing a love for the sport.
LOCAL TEAMS
Competitive local teams training within the same development system as our travel teams. Local provides league and tournament opportunities with greater flexibility for different schedules, budgets, and commitment levels.
TRAVEL | REGIONAL COMPETITION
For athletes ready for an increased competitive commitment. Travel teams compete in regional tournaments while receiving advanced team and individual development within the Lady Colts system.
NATIONAL TEAMS
Our highest level of competitive team play. National opportunities are designed for experienced athletes prepared to compete against elite programs on larger stages while pursuing exposure and next-level opportunities.
SIGNING DAY | THE NEXT LEVEL
The pathway doesn’t end with the Lady Colts. Our ultimate goal is to help athletes develop into prepared, confident players who have the opportunity to continue their careers at the collegiate level.
